AT Section Hike 2026 on hold to honor a friend and family member ❤️🙏💐🤗

A dear childhood friend and family member decided to move to heaven. I’ll be going home to attend the funeral and be with family. Whether or not I continue this hike afterwards this year, is yet to be determined.

It is a joy to me, however, my hiker buddies are continuing on their AT journey, whether Grandma Moses is on trail with them or not. I’m glad they are pursuing their dreams. They just needed someone to get them started.
